Does a leader step out front and others
fall in behind
Or,
Does a leader line up last, pushing others
forward to reach their goal line
Are leaders born or are they made
Do they “rise up” from long hard work
Or
Do they “think and plan” resting in the
shade
Can people make it without a leader anyway?
Or must a leader lead every single day
If you are a leader, you know it
Don’t tell others how to live
Show it!
For a leader’s gift is to bring others up
